The Arkansas District and City Clerks Association is a non-profit organization founded for the purpose of improving court administration.   The Association strives to improve the standards, practices and effectiveness of all district and city courts in Arkansas.        

This optional program is designed to increase the knowledge of all district and city court clerks by providing basic information about duties and procedural issues that commonly confront district and city court personnel.   The Association promotes public trust in district and city courts, leadership through professional development and customer-oriented justice.
