To Pilot Courts: Since the jurisdictional limit in the Civil Division of the new pilot courts has increased to $25,000.00, have you noticed an increase in civil filings?

I was not aware that the jurisdictional limits for Civil had been raised to $25,000.00 in the pilot courts. I am guessing that Small claims was kept at the $5000.00 level?

I have someone coming to file a unlawful detainer. I have never had to do one of these. Can anyone advise me where to start?
