I would like to know how other courts are destroying their old files. I have had several different answers and would like to know the proper way of handling this. Some have told me that I will have to go before corum court and city coucil for approval. Others simply have drafted a letter and the Judge signs off on it. This letter list all that has been destroyed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT KEITH CAVINESS AT THE AOC OR REFER TO THE CLERKS MANUAL AKA THE BLUE BOOK. THERE ARE DIFFERENT THINGS THAT YOU CAN DO.

I would like to find out what courts are fully automated to take e-tickets from troopers and who I might talk to to get information of any plans to become fully automated. Thank you.
